WARNING: Controversial...

... entry ahead. (Is it?)

Sometimes I feel that life in college is similar to the drama series ‘Lost’. Just like the season 1 of Lost, strangers around the world had gathered on an island. In my case, strangers from the whole country had gathered in college (Sem. 1), started to know and be friend with each other. However, there are mysteries and secrets behind each and everyone, which is slowly unveiled, but some are still untold.

As we all know, we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Sometimes I like to say that we shouldn’t judge a person by his appearance. In the season 2 of Lost, we started to know more about the protagonists and antagonists in the drama. In Sem. 2, we discovered the true personality of every person around you. By spending a little bit more time and heighten your observation skill, you’ll discover some are good-hearted, talented in some fields or areas and who’s true to you. Worst of all, some with bad personalities.

From time to time, you’ll know who is your kind of person and whose side you should stay in or stay away from. Some shocking truths will be known but we should just keep our mouth shut to preserve our and others’ dignity. It’s also tiring when you realise that someone is lying to you and determine to find out the truth. The curiosity in us, however, will propel us to find out the things that we deserve to know. Some doesn’t see the meaning of ‘friendship’ the same as you do too.

In a blink of an eye, my Sem. 3 is going to start soon. Hopefully things will turn out to be better (like rescue came for the survivors of Lost in the end of season 3). Also, “I can’t be Jordin Sparks’ good, I must be Kelly Clarkson’s Miss Independent good” (a quote from the drama Ugly Betty). Gosh! I’ve watched too many dramas!

A facelift for the blog. I've put quite an effort to do it :) Hope it will look fresh and not so red to the eye.
